We will be happy to help you with any problems you may be experiencing with your order.

To request a return, please provide the order number or your contact information. You can send this information to: support@signtreasure.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We can’t refund or exchange for a sign if it has been weathered or damaged due to being outdoors. Our signs are intended for indoor use unless stated otherwise for that sign or in a conversation. We may not be able to process your return if the request is made after 30 days from the order date.

We’ll send you a return shipping label to your email at no cost to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
If an order is placed by mistake, we can exchange the sign for another but will need to charge for return shipping. However, if there was a mistake in the design/customization or quality error, the return shipping will be paid by us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
